Description: Performance Design Enterprises flex-joint turbo uppipe. Eliminates the first catalytic converter for improved throttle response and quicker turbo spool. PDE utilized computer modeling and stress testing in selecting the bellows used with this product to ensure a long service life! In addition, the flex construction features a tube in bellows design to limit turbulence for optimal flow. PDE's dyno testing shows this pipe makes more horsepower (approx. 4 hp on the same car, same day) than a catless Subaru uppipe.

Constructed of T304 stainless steel and coated with VHT high-temperature paint. PDE products are built to extremely high standards and are TIG welded inside and outside the flange - the quality of this pipe is phenomenal... perfect fit every time! In addition, all PDE uppipes retain the factory EGT bung and a bracket for mounting your stock heatshield.

Not recommended for fitment with aftermarket headers.

Made in the USA.

Pros: Perfect fitment, maintains flexibility
Cons: None

My Vishnu 321 Uppipe begain having leaking issues at the turbo gasket seal. Rather than just replace the gasket every 10,000 miles or so, I went with the PDE uppipe with the flex in it. It prevents the leaking gasket issue by maintaining flexibility in the connection.
