Horrible service department.
Continually lied to me about status of work being done to my car, including 3 weeks of telling me my car was halfway complete on a HG swap, when it was sitting, out back, because they had no qualified techs to work on it. They may have gotten better, but I trailerd my car 500 miles back home to Santa Cruz Subaru as soon as I found out they were jerking me around.
