Pros:
cheap
Cons:
cheap
i work at tires plus so i see alot of tires
these are good if you dont really plan to drive you car hard. they have a high speed rating but they dont grip like...well a more expensive tire. so if you need a good cheap all season tire buy them but if you like to take corners fast keep lookin

Pros:
Good value for the money spent, kicks ass in the rain!
Cons:
Didn't rain much this year, gets greasy in the twisties.
I had these tires installed on my 2004 WRX while visiting my folks in SoCal last Thanksgiving, in anticipation of another wet winter like that of early-'05. On the return trip to the Sacramento area, my wife and I hit some heavy rain on I-5 through the Central Valley, and the whole way up we felt safe and secure.
Unfortunately, that was the only time that I've had to drive through heavy rain on these tires. While participating in three seperate club group drives, the tires became greasy when hot, requiring me to progressively dial-in more steering input to keep the car from sliding off the road.
I've got about 17,000 miles on a set of tires that are warranteed for 30K, and I kinda regret the fact that I bought all-season tires for a climate that only seems to have three.
