Pros:
Dirt Cheap, probably cheaper than making your own
Cons:
Wires dont reach very far, grounding block is useless, crimped connectors, no instructions
I ordered this on ebay because it was dirt cheap, probably even cheaper than building my own so even if it was total crap no loss.
first the grounding block mount for the battery was tapered backwards so it didn't fit... after grinding it down to make it fit the part that holds the rest of the grounding block on doesn't stay on tight up againts the bottom of the block (you can only hand tighten it and it's pretty easy for it to get knocked loos disconnecting all of your grounds.) even after all of that the normal grounding connector doesn't fit on the block anywhere and would need to be modified to fit; which I wasn't about to do. not to mention only one of the grounding points was close enough for any of the wires to actually reach.
I ended up just tossing the grounding block and linking one point to the next like some other grounding systems.
As for directions I just spent a few minutes locating where things were already grounded in the engine bay and linked those points together and to the battery.
I didn't pay much for this "kit" even if the grouding block was crap the wires look nice and I didn't have to crimp anything myself, not sure how much it helps but it can't hurt ?
