Pros:
Increased the handling tremendously, easily adjusted dampening, can raise or lower car easily, feel the road, awesome if you motocross or roadrally
Cons:
even with dampening set at lowest position ride will be rougher than stock suspension, you should get a negative cambe alignment kit for the rear
I got these put on in 12/03. My stock struts had 59,000 miles on them and were starting to fail. After installation and the 4 wheel alignment the dampening was set midway(8 of 15). The road feel was so much more sensitive but very stiff. My wife has a bad back so the dampening was adjusted to its softest setting. It still is stiffer than the stock suspension but tolerable to my wife. I drive this car 110 miles back and forth to work 3 times a week. Along with the other suspension upgrades I made my car now handles like a dream. JIC is truly magic.

Pros:
Terrific handling
Cons:
BOUNCY
I\'ve got the latest US spec JIC\'s on my \'02 WRX. I\'ve done a ton of research to make sure I\'ve got the correct ones, since the older versions had a problem with being very bouncy, regardless of the damper settings. And even with the version that everyone else has, I\'ve still got issues with these coilovers hopping all over the place on the street!
That said, the car handles on the track and on the autoX course like a champ. They are very still and limit roll and pitch a TON. With the damper adjustment I\'m able to tune the car for under/oversteer easily.
While I like the unverted design and 40mm dampers, I think these are a bit too expensive for the lack of streetability. Perhaps I\'ve got a bum set... but I\'d recommend going with a set of Teins if you street your car, or a set of Cuscos if you\'re just looking for track suspension.

Pros:
Great Low look.
Cons:
Stiff and Bouncy
I went with coilovers just cuz springs didn\'t give me the drop I was looking for.
I love the look it gave my car after installing these, but its set on 2 clicks from soft to hard and it feels really stiff. when going slow its really stiff and bumpy but at speeds of 45+ its a great ride. I\'m going to set it to the softest setting and hopefully this will solve the stiff prob. over all i\'m really glad I purchesed this kit.

Pros:
The handling inproves very well. Adjusting the damper is quick and easy. Able to feel the road very well.
Cons:
If you mind the ride, then the bouncy-ness will get to you.
i got a set of jic on my 05 wrx and i love it. the handling performance is increased by a lot. although this coilover is known to be kind of bouncy even on the lowest setting but i personally dont mind it.

Pros:
awesome handling post install, less "bob" than stock
Cons:
none so far
I've had the coilovers installed for around 2 weeks now... My top speed through corners has easily been up'd by 5 mph after the installation, I feel it is less bouncy than the stock suspension, although firmer. I have mine setup at 9 clicks from full soft on the F&R.
It is true, that if you're looking for a plush ride, you will encounter bounce, but if you are at all tolerable of a firm ride... set these up right, and you will recieve incredible performance.
