Pros:	nice feel, holds up boot and is threaded so it won't fall off like other universals
Cons:	cold as hell in the winter, need gloves

This was my fourth and final shift knob that I had on my 2000 RS. Love and wouldn't change it.

my first shift knob...good looking feels great when shifting....
