I made quite a large purchase from vivid racing and didn't receive al the parts I ordered. I e-mailed them regarding this and they said they would send it. When I didn;t get it they said the would refund my card for the part I never got. Tey still have not refunded my card and now they are ignoring my e-mails. They STOLE over 170 from me. I work hard for that money. I will never recomend them to anyone. Pm me if you want further details.

I saw they had turboXS uppipes for 20 bucks off their normal price so I picked one up. I ordered over the phone if that makes a difference. The item came less than a week later. I would order from them again.

I have ordered a bunch of stuff from Vivid Racing. The website is easy to use, and they are great with questions if you call them. One example: I ordered a Greddy exhaust from them, and they were out of stock. The day after I ordered it, they called my house to tell me it was out of stock and offered the HKS exhaust as a substitution. WOW. They actually called me to tell me they were out. I can't think of any other company that would do that.

I like their site and the things that they are doing. Projects and what not.
But I have found that their prices are usually a bit high and their customer service is horrid. I have emailed and called to ask several questions and if I am lucky enough to get an answer it\'s usually short and nowhere near complete.
I\'ve ended up shifting to different vendors and will not purchase from them.
I\'d much rather spend money with people that are willing to answer questions and are more supportive of the subaru community. Local people like subydude or mpj as well as gruppeS and even bozz.

I have ordered a seibon hood, APS TGV Deletes, and a pulley set. All transactions went well except for the pullry set, which came without belts and took a long time.
