Pros: Not bad of a install,
Cons: Cat heat shield can get in way of install(making it a PITA)

Relatively cheap upgrade to help reduce the flex in the drivetrain. I need to get the engine mounts still but I noticed my Impreza lunges more if I let off the gas.

Pros: No more clunk, more solid shifts
Cons: None

I was forced, due to tranny design, to simulate this tranny mount via other methods, but the outcome is the same.

Reduce tranny thunk, less drivetrain movement, better shifts.

Very much worthwhile.

Pros: More positive shifting
Cons:

This is the way the car should feel from the factory! This (along with the motor mounts) made the biggest difference. Everything feels more responsive and tighter. Shifts are clean. Highly recommended as one of your very first mods.

Pros: less drivetrain movement, straight forward easy install
Cons: wasnt extremely noticable

i installed this after a few hundred miles after the engine mounts. this didnt seem like it did much compared to the engine mounts but maybe its just me. i didnt feel much or any more noise or vibration in the cabin either. shifting sempt stiffer though.

great mod that will last.

Pros: Improves shifting, stabilizes transmission
Cons:

Found it on ebay. For the price I knew I couldn\'t go wrong. The effect on clutch engagement and therefore shifting is incredible. The stock mount has the rigidity of playdoh.

Well so playdoh doesn\'t spring back...

Lots more better!

Pros: Less clunk going from 1st to 2nd, more postive shifts
Cons: Didn\'t totally rid that clunk

Very good mod for the price. Better feel to the car.

Pros: Better shifting and more power to the ground
Cons: Increased NVH

Installed at the dealership. Highly recommended first mod, since it is inexpensive to do and delivers the stated benefits.
