Pros:
Not bad of a install,
Cons:
Cat heat shield can get in way of install(making it a PITA)
Relatively cheap upgrade to help reduce the flex in the drivetrain. I need to get the engine mounts still but I noticed my Impreza lunges more if I let off the gas.

Pros:

No more clunk, more solid shifts
Cons:

None

I was forced, due to tranny design, to simulate this tranny mount via other methods, but the outcome is the same.
Reduce tranny thunk, less drivetrain movement, better shifts.
Very much worthwhile.

More positive shifting

This is the way the car should feel from the factory! This (along with the motor mounts) made the biggest difference. Everything feels more responsive and tighter. Shifts are clean. Highly recommended as one of your very first mods.

Pros:

Improves shifting, stabilizes transmission

Cons:

Found it on ebay. For the price I knew I couldn\'t go wrong. The effect on clutch engagement and therefore shifting is incredible. The stock mount has the rigidity of playdoh.
Well so playdoh doesn\'t spring back...
Lots more better!
