Pros:
The best deal on a tire that can be called a "performance" tire
Cons:
Not as solid of a patch as the 712
I got the 711s for my fiancee's car for $35 each!!! Thats $140 plus about 35 for shipping. 4 tires for $175. OK, so Kumho isn't Bridgestone. But the value you get here at $35 from Tirerack is incredible. I don't go to the track with my fiancee's car but I wanted a tired that had a decent speed rating and stuck to the ground well in San Francisco irratic road conditions. These tires have done very well. They are pretty quite and feel good on the freeway and on the street.
If you're performance-minded and need a VERY low price tire to just "get by" for a while I don't think you can go wrong with the Ecsta 711.

Pros:
Great Price
Cons:
Not greatest contact patch
My previous tire was a Falken Azenis, so wet traction is a major + with the Kumho.
Tire noise is really low, feedback is good, traction is good, the sidewall gives the driver a lot of feedback.
To tell you the truth I am a fan of this tire due to its cheap price, and good usage for winter.
