I'm posting this for a friend of mine. He took his 00 2.5 RS into this dealership for this 30k service. They left the radiator cap off and he ended up overheating on his way to San Diego. So he was left stuck in the middle of te desert at 2 am. He blew his head gasket and warped both heads. When the car was towed back in they decided to fix the car for free, but the heads are on backorder for 2 weeks.
