Pros: Fast, professional, and never pressuring!
Cons: None.

Premier Subaru, Branford CT.
Bottom line, great experience!

I had been taking the bus and train for about a month (my 11 yr old Civic blew a headgasket), when one day I found myself walking an inordinate distance. I was fed up with public transit, and wanted a new car now! I already had my eye on a few cars, but decided on an Impreza (best performance and reliability for the $) over say a GTI, Cooper S, or Civic Si.

So, I started looking for a dealer. Voilla, Premier Subaru in Branford, CT was the closest to me (I lived in Hamden) so I went to their website and looked at their inventory. Although they only had one RS (I couldn't afford the WRX or STi), it was a nice fit for me; red, spoiler, and fog lights. I then emailed the saleswoman. Told her I'd purchase if I could get it out the door, tax, title, fees, and registration, for 20K. Five minutes later, I had my response, and calculated monthly payment -- 20K out the door, for 369 / mo.

This was at 10AM.

Excited, I called her up and went over the details. She took down my information and pre-approved my loan in only an hour. But, how would I get to the dealership!? I had no car. I was all set to take the bus again, but was surprised when she suggested (already knowing my story) that she have someone bring the vehicle to pick me up. That way, she said, I could take a test drive back to the dealership. Of course, what would I really do if I said no to a purchase after test driving it like that? Not much. It was a good sales trick. But, I was still impressed that they would do that. So, a salesman came to my apartment with the car and I drove it back.

By then it was 12PM.

I immediately fell in love with the car. --And honestly, I fell in love a long time ago when I test drove a WRX, so I already knew this was my car!-- Stan, the salesman, took me through the back roads (about 5 miles or so) back to the dealership. It was a nice ride. Pleasant conversation. Nice guy. When I arrived at the dealership, I met Barb, the Internet sales rep. She was also very nice, and not pressuring. She took me on a quick tour of the facility, and introduced me to the service and parts department. We, then, quickly went through all of the paperwork and insurance work, while they were cleaning and detailing my RS for final delivery. This only took an hour and a half. I asked if I could get a car cover, and she even offered half off too!

When it was all over, I had my manual in hand, new tote bag, waterbottle, two sets of keys, and new car at 2PM.

I drove home smiling!

Nothing but fast, professional, and never pressuring service!
