Spur and Helical cuts:
We uniquely offer you both types of gear cuts if you're seeking a minimal thrust, as with spur gears and reduced noise with helical gears in the dog gearsets. This also applies to our spur and helical cuts with the synchro gearsets.
Tooth profiles:
An average of 20mm wide gears, considering the dog set up and a 100-300% larger tooth profile, considering the synchro gear set up.
Flexibility with ordering combinations of gearsets:
Main shafts - We sell 1st & 2nd or 3rd & 4th, or just 5th sets as separate items, which will work with standard Subaru main shafts. Lay shafts - we also sell the combinations above for people seeking prevention of particular weaknesses alone within their transmission.
