Pros: Perfect fit, great look
Cons: none

Simple to install. Certainly looks more aggressive. Probabaly doesn't do all that much in terms of performance (despite what many vendors will tell you in their sales pitch). Being that its a genuine subaru product it fits perfectly and installs easily. I'd recommend the genuine product over replicas for this dressup part

Pros: good fit and quality
Cons:

Many vendors offer painting service to factory WRX color codes. Most people try to get the STi scoop with the vertical reinforcement slats painted black, which is the way I think the STi comes from the factory.

The scoop does not come with fastening nuts so they will have to be re-used from the OEM hood scoop.

Be sure to re-install factory air diverter and rubber intercooler seal if retaining the WRX top mount intercooler.

Do not settle for replica fiberglass STi hood scoops. One i-Club member reported his breaking apart from aerodynamic forces at higher speeds.

Pros:
Cons:

This thing goes on easily because it is genuine subaru. Fit is excellent. And unless you change your splitter, it won't be that functional because the stock one doesn't allow full flow with the new scoop.

Pros: its humongo
Cons:

i think it looks really nice as others think its too big. as long as you have a nice wing on the car, it will even out the look

Pros: fits perfect
Cons: makes WRX splitter pretty useless

This makes the WRX look more aggressive without being too gigantic. I got a splitter that fit this also, so I did not loose all of the usefulness...

Pros: Its Big! Looks Great! Fits Like A Glove!
Cons: nada

Fits great, no problems at all. I actually cut out the stock splitter with a dremel tool, it looked better that way, and you cant tell that its cut out. (unless you know what your looking for)

I also recommend having a body shop paint it for you. Ive heard peaple complain about the paint job it came with. (im lucky though cause thats what i do)

Pros: just sucks in the nice cold air...
Cons: ...and all the crap that is in it

got mine in factory silver, was 10 min job after i opened the box. i say the improvements to looks are worth it more then the improments to proformance.

10/10 makes the car look hungry

Pros: Nice size, very agressive looking.
Cons: Have to use stock nuts and bolts to install

The sti hood scoop is a great visual addition to any wrx. While performance-wise it doesn\'t make much difference it makes up for that in more agressive looks and styling.

Pros: Looks/Works Great, Easy to Install
Cons: None

Loved the great look and improved airflow. Added an APS splitter for even greater and more directed air flow.

Pros: Looks agressive, fits well
Cons: none

This hoodscoope offers a much larger and agressive look than the stock scoop. The installation was very quick and easy. Fitment is perfect and it fits right into the location of the stock scoop. Great product.
