Description: RD Series Race Division Intake Systems
The RD series is a cold air intake system for the enthusiast craving mid-range power. The intake tube is strategically placed behind the front bumper to acquire colder, denser air. Although most of the RD series is a one-piece design, several are two-piece designs due to the mass air flow meters. Every RD system is certified or pending by the California Air Resource Board and backed by Injen Technology's limited lifetime warranty.

Pros: Provided a very pleasant, but loud turbo spool-up and blow-off sound
Cons: none yet

Good product overall, I was a bit nervous prior to purchase because of all the stories of CAI's throwing CEL's, but my car has never shown a CEL since it was new, so the Injen didn't cause one. Fitment was great, it was just a little tight sliding it into place. All the neccessary parts came with it. The sound it produces is like music! you can hear the turbo spooling up and then "WHOOOOOSH" as you let up on the gas to shift. I've never been on a dyno, so I am unable to vouch for any horsepower gains, but the sound makes it seem like you're going faster...

Pros: Great fit and finish, awesome spooling sound
Cons: Car ran lean, no power gain

The injen is the best looking intake I have seen. Polished from end to end, and includes everything you need to install it. No CEL for me either. The sound from this thing is worth every penny, you can hear the turbo from down the street. Bad ass.

BUT..........I took mine off.

1. The car ran very lean.
2. I have researched to no end, and have seen no dyno graphs showing this intake making any power. I have actually only seen one showing a loss in power.
3. It rains and snows a lot in philadelphia, and i dont want to ingest and water.

Since taking it off, my car actually feels faster..?!?! I dunno. But if you are looking to turn heads or for a show car, this is the intake for you.

Pros: Looks nice, sound
Cons: installation, water

My car runs too rich b/c of this intake. I have to swerve from deep puddles. I think that it will be sweet with a piggyback fuel computer or utec. Overall I like it.

Pros: looks great, definate gains
Cons: not good for bad weather where the subarus really shine

This is a great intake with good power gains and great look. Just never drive your car in the rain or snow and suck-up water. Blew my vac pressure gauge last winter. Still have this intake, just hacked it off to a short ram and it still looks good!

Pros: sound, increase horsepower
Cons: none

I have not noticed any downside to having it on my car. I've felt an increase in horsepower since adding it and it has not slowed me down at all. But do watch out for those big puddles.

Pros: bling bling under the hood
Cons: performance benefit is about little to none

It's actually an okay intake. I thought it was making my car run too lean, so I swapped it out and went back to stock. Turns out that the car still felt the same. This intake is only good for the bling bling factor. You can hear a little more turbo spool up. Other than that, you should save your money.

Pros: good
Cons: no gains

from what i have learned not the best gain unless running over 300 hp. makes nice spoooling of the turbo sound. i guess there are some gains but not enough to notice, give engine bay some upgraded look
