This product fits perfectly on the STi 6MT, because it allows the reverse ring to pull up. I found mine on imotorgear.com

Pros:
Great interior addition to match the stock interior
Cons:
Pricey and the metal parts get really hot in Summer
Although I was laughing at my friend almost 2 years ago when he bought a momo shift knob for his WRX and paid $75, I too have gotten one for my car when I got my WRX. I never thought that something this small would have enhanced my interior that much. It matches the steering wheel nicely along with the aluminum looking interior trim.
Yes it was expensive, but sometimes you have to pay up for something that matches so well. I am the type of person who likes things to match and to look like that was the way that they are suppose to look. Besides being expensive, the metal gets really hot during the summer if your car has been sitting out in the sun, but it does cool in about 5 - 10 mintues, I suggest that you have a spare sock handy, one that is clean, so you don\'t have to burn your hand.
When it is not hot, it is such a great feel. It fits so well into the palm of your hand. Your fingers grip to it well, so you don\'t need to worry about it slipping out of your hand.
So, I would recommend this for all those who wish to enhance the look of your interior, yes it is pricey but it does match...
