Brushed Billet Aluminum Front Bumper Trim Plate for the “New Age” Subaru Impreza line. This plate is manufactured in the USA by Autospeed Performance, manufacturers of high performance racing parts and accessories.
This Trim Plate comes in two contour styles, one for MY02-03 and for MY04.
The trim plate is available in either natural brushed finish or black anodized. The plate is offered with either the "IMPREZA", "WRX” or "STi" logo machined into its surface for that factory look!
The plate fits perfectly on your bumper matching the factory contour and hole pattern.
This product was designed on state of the art CAD/CAM programs and is precision CNC machined out of aircraft grade 6061-T6511 billet aluminum.
The kit includes two Tamper Resistant stainless-steel torx screws (to deter theft) and special torx installation tool.
The trim plate can be installed in less than a minute.

Remount your front plate to avoid trouble w/the law
I found this to be a great addition to my WRX. I really didn\'t like the position of the front plate because if you look at the front bumper from the side, the plate sticks out and hangs over and I didn\'t like that look and wanted an alternative, but didn\'t want to leave the holes unfilled.
I stumbled onto this item on ebay. I looked at a few different pictures and liked how it perfectly fit the bumper molding for the front plate. I really didn\'t like the silver one, only because it was hard to read the \"WRX\" engraving in it. If you really want to, you could fill in the lettering with the color black so that it could be read more clearly.
I bought the black with silver lettering. One, because you could read the lettering from a distance and two, because it matched the theme of my car (I am going for the white car with black trim look). The install was more than easy. They send you the plate and 2 screws that need a special bit to use them (the bit is included in the package that you receive). That made me very reassured that not just any one could come up to my car with a flat-head or phillips screw driver and take my \"WRX\" plate.
Now depending on where you live, State law may require that you have a front license plate mounted on the front bumper of your car. So to avoid any \"fix-it\" tickets, I remounted my front plate right below the origional mounting spot. I drilled holes into the black plastic and it was a firm fit.
I do recommed this plate if you are looking for a more custom look to your car. I have had it for a few months and am still more than happy that I bought it for my car.
