Description: At the heart of the intake system is the patented PRM high-flow enclosed conical style filter which pulls cool air out of the fender and maximizes velocity into the smooth aluminum pipe which runs to the throttle body. Due to the combination of ingesting only cool air while maintaining a high intake velocity, it is able to virtually eliminate the loss of low-end torque found in other systems. Air is also pulled from the top of the fender, so you’re at no greater risk of water ingestion compared to the factory intake system.

Pros: Great sound, easy install, noticeable gain
Cons: Dosen't sit quite right inside fender, blue end piece prone to fall off

Best of the best, tried gluing the end piece on with silicon, next I'll try bolts.

Pros: Great Sound, Great Performance, Very attractive(can see it through the hood scoop)
Cons: Price

Very much recommended product for those who own RS's. The performance you get from this intake is 2nd to none. The sound of WOT is menacing and you can really get the torque of all 2.5L of your engine. Definately the loudest upgrade I've done(it drowns out my after market exhaust). Total install time with cleanup was a full 15 minutes, very straight forward and basic.

Pros: Sounds AMAZING!! No loss of tourque and no poppin back drafts
Cons: EXPENSIVE

The intake looks, sounds, and performes great but it was really expensive. Mine fit perfect and i have never had a problem with it. I also have COBB exhaust and love that too. It has a great sound untill i step on it and the intake drowns it out!! I def. recommend anything COBB if you have the $$$.

Pros: Installation easy, good improvement in performance, comes with K+N filter
Cons:

Installed this along with Cobb 2.5" cat-back exhaust in 2002. Installation simple. Engine breathes so much easier. Performance improved midrange on up. People at Cobb very helpful and answer all your questions.

Pros: Love the sound, decent gains for the price / simplicity of the mod
Cons: Can be pretty loud at time, though I still love the sound

I first had this mod alone on my \'00 Legacy sedan. I noticed more gains at the top end and only slighlty improved low end torque. But after installing a UD pulley and Cobb cat-back the car was much more responsive and wasn\'t even too loud.... except at WOT > then that thing ROARS!! Get this you won\'t regret it plus give more space in the engine bay and it looks cool.

Pros: loud, good gains
Cons: silicone by fender likes to fall off

I bought one used off a friend. Works good, better low-end than the Rallispec I had. Sounds real nice and pulls pretty good.
