looks sharp (esp with MOMO Race Air Leather)

Cons:

Big Pain to install!
Must dremel stock plastic in order to install. Other than that, it makes it look so nice.
Stock plastic part (92122C) #92121FE000OE , $13.70...so not bad if you screw up.

Pain to intall

Mine is the replica, and it looks just as good. The install on this thing was more of a pain in the ass then intalling my catback.

I picked up the gruppe-s replica. It takes a little bit of time to get it set up on the console but it is worth it.

Somewhat hard to install
Other than the install, this product is great. It adds a subtle, but very nice addition to the interior. I have a momo shift knob and the trim compliments the knob nicely. The install can be hard, but it is worth it once it is all in. This is a great buy!

Pros:

nice look with aftermarket shifter, somewhat easy to install
Cons:

autospeed wrx trim is FLAT, console is contoured
I bought the autospeed trim with the wrx stamp instead of the sti. Supplied self tapping screws were easy to install with a torx driver. However, the trim is made completely flat while the console is actually contoured slightly. We'll see how it holds up during the summer. Overall, high quality product.

What everyone else says, PITA to istall
I also have the replica, I couldn't justify spending a hundred bucks on something that really doesn't do anything, especially when you still have to hack up thestock shifter console. Looks great once you finally get it installed, especially with an aluminum or titanium shift knob. Pita to install is an understatement.
