Four position adjustable struts allow fine tuning of the damping rates. Adjusts bump and rebound settings simultaneously. Set the suspension stiff for tight handling and fast response during weekend competition use or soft for daily driving comfort. Springs are matched to the damping range of the struts and lower the car for improved handling. Only Impreza version uses inverted strut design

Pros:
OMG!!!! (performance)
Cons:
OMG!!!! (price) (and for some...they are pink)
This is one phat set up...I must say!
Yes you could buy a nice set of coilovers for this price...but what you don't get with the coilovers, you do get with this set up...comfort and performance and adjustibility all in one package.
You can dial out over/understeer or set it up for track or daily.
Ride height is changed a bit lower for better COG, but not to low that you can't drive up a drive way straight on.
Great set up on track...allows for about 95% better handeling vs. 100% with coilovers. They are not height adjustable but with most coilovers I think you have a pre-set height they want you to use.
This set up with a set of STi strut tops and you too will be saying OMG! You get the best of both worlds with this setup.
