Description: Strut brace, Subaru WRX 2000 on, polished billet-look; our strut braces are easy to install and improve handling by stiffening your chassis. Your chassis requires this stiffening when you increase your tire and/or wheel size or aggressively drive your car. The stiffer chassis improves steering, improves weight transfer and maximizes handling. Each strut brace is manufactured from forged aluminum, mandrel bent, and polished to a high luster to reduce internal stress and improve its look in your engine compartment. All fasteners are plated for corrosion resistance. Each mounting plate is manufactured from steel, precision machined, corrosion treated and powder coated with our FREEDOM DESIGN red finish for long life and excellent looks.

Pros: Price, Lightweight, Bling!
Cons:

Put this on my 2004 WRX. The alarm horn had to be moved to a different mounting hole because the horn bracket "legs" cover two of the strut nuts. This would be true of ANY strut brace you want to mount if you have the factory alarm.

Looks great, fits great, and adds a lot of bling to the engine compartment.

The WRX front end is already stiff so I cannot really notice increased stiffness.

I got the $40 price on a clearance so expect to pay about $95 elswhere.
