Description: WRX aftermarket heatshield for 02-04 MY.
Made of thick 16 ga Stainless Steel.
Each part is laser cut and formed to precision so that you will have a flawless - clang free installation in your car.
Bolts in with matching supplied stainless hardware for that extra bling factor.
These heatshields will protect your engine and IC intake from turbo heat!
Our tests have shown at 15-35% drop in temps because of the shielding - which means better protection and performance for your car.

Pros: Great heat blocker
Cons: Fitment on 2004 WRX

Great product, goes on easily, really blocks a lot of heat from the left side of the TMIC.

Slight complaint: on 2004 WRX's the shield contacts the wastegate actuator. If the IC bracket hole were a tad wider, the shield could be rotated a few degrees CCW and the fitment would be perfect.

Jeremy promises me that when they redesign the shield they will account for this.

Still a MUST-HAVE if you lost your turbo heat shield becuase of a larger aftermarket downpipe.

Pros: Simple installation, good looks
Cons: May not be dealer friendly

Very simple installation. SOme minor twekaing was necessary to make it fit with my Vishnu TMIC, but it wokred out fine in the end. Great customer service from speedmonkee.

Pros: Great looks, works well
Cons: A little difficult to install on MY04

This is so much more appealing than the stock heat shield. I did have a little trouble getting it in there, but not too much trouble.
