Service dept at Marin is top-notch! John Culmer is a good guy always looking out for the customer while respecting SOA. Our cars have always been done when they were promised or earlier. We're happy to make the drive all the way from Santa Rosa for our work.

Bought my FXT from them. The process was painless and ridiculously simple.
It didn\'t come with an extended armrest, which was advertised on the windowsticker. I only found this out 2 months after I had purchased the vehicle, being that I didn\'t quite know what an extended armrest was.
After calling them up and driving by the dealership, they ordered one up and had it installed 2 days later in 5 minutes. They apologized profusely the entire time.
Great service, good prices, and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
