Pros:
They finally managed to fix the damage THEY CAUSED THEMSELVES to my car.
Cons:
EVERYTHING ELSE
They charged me over $50 for an oil change (synthetic). Then they put a huge gouge in my rear bumper and attempted to cover it up with used motor oil! Then they jerked me around for a few weeks before finally managing to repair it. They also overcharge on ALL services and don't know crap about Subarus. This was not the first time I was shafted by them, just the worst. They have lost my business forever.
