Like Yokohama’s original Parada Ultra High Performance tires, the first thing about Parada Spec-2 that grabs your attention is its wild-looking, asymmetric tread design. And when you combine that with its ultra low profile sizes designed to complement the large diameter wheels used on the most impressive street tuned vehicles, you’ll find that Parada Spec-2 tires exude performance.
The biggest reason for the Parada Spec-2’s enhanced performance is its high grip, silica-reinforced tread compound. This new tread compound is molded into an asymmetric, ultra-low void outer shoulder tread design that uses large tread blocks to provide rubber-to-road contact that reduces tread squirm thus enhancing response and dry road cornering control. Massive diagonal tread blocks reach across the tire’s footprint to further increase cornering stability and dry road traction. A solitary, ultra-wide Circumferential Groove helps water flow through the tire while long, helical grooves evacuate water from under the tire’s footprint to increase driving confidence in wet conditions. Internally, twin steel belts are reinforced by spirally-wound nylon strips to provide long-term durability under high speed conditions while reducing weight and providing a more uniform ride quality.
Parada Spec-2 tires feature black letter styling and are available in 45-, 40-, and 35-series; Z-, W- or Y-speed rated sizes for 16" to 19" wheel diameters. Parada Spec-2…Bigger Sizes…Badder Looks…and Better Performance!
NOTE: As a result of the increase in grip, Parada and Parada Spec-2 tires cannot be mounted on the same axle. If mixed in axle pairs on a vehicle, Parada Spec-2 tires must be used on the rear axle with the original Parada tires used on the front axle.

excellent wet weather handling that was not expected. very predictable in dry. grippy, tread blocks draw lots of attention. used at auto-x and tread wears very nicely, not as fast as i thought it would. would buy again, after i try some s-03's

Pros:
good grip, cheap
Cons:
NOISY!!!!!!!
The first couple of weeks i had these tires they were awsome, until they started getting noisy. Ive been in trucks with 33 super swampers that are quieter then these tires. I rotate my tires every 5k so i know its not that. They are just noisy tires. If you dont care about the noise though, they are good grippy tires, and they are actually very good in standing water.

Pros:
excellent grip, predictable breaking point
Cons:
noisy, not great grip in rain, noisy, harsh ride, noisy
225/40-ZR18 92W was my tire. If you don\'t mind a harsh ride (I even had stock suspension at the time!) and alot of noise, then this is your tire. The grip was incredible and the tire had no rollover whatsoever, I just couldn\'t stand the noise!
