Pros:
Allows you to see everything IN and OUTSIDE of your car.
Cons:
Doesn't fit on the oem baller STi mirrors with compass.
Great fitment and functionality of all the Subaru mirrors without options. It doesn't work so well on the limited's and STi mirrors with the compasses and home link.

Pros:
gives a better rear view
Cons:
hoping those clips won't break off
so far so good. The product does its job and it's in boht my subarus
