We've all heard the horror stories. You driving down the road enjoying yourself and then BOOM your engine is toast. The oil pickup failure happens fast an usually with little warning.
Why has there not been a recall? Probably because these same designs have been in used for 10 years now, even thought displacement and power output has increased considerably.
This pickup addresses the the OEM pickups weak point, while still functioning and fiting like OEM (because it's made from one).
