I called them for the 00RS Spark Plug Wires and Ryan Cavalier was not able to find the set for me. However, he figured out the actual part number for me and tracked me down through i-club and a thread that I posted. (I did not leave him my contact info). He emailed me and told me he found it AND was willing to price match for me. Subaru of Fremont was 25 minutes away from me, but I went there because of Ryan. He went through the trouble of finding me and offered me a great deal. That's customer service!
While I was there, my gf and I checked out the STi and Legacy. Kelly Copeland was the salesperson at the time. She was very nice and not pushy at all. She asked a few question to see our intension, which is perfectly normal. After I told her we were just looking and not looking to buy in the immediate future. She was still willing to show us around and the cars we were asking for. Once again, good customer service!

No Longer In Business???
Swung by Subaru Of Fremont this afternoon to find the building empty. Looks like they dropped the Sube. If anyone knows where Ryan Cavalier is, please tell him to give me a shout. He was a righteous parts man!
