terrible service department
If there was a zero on the scale Diablo Subaru would've gotten the award, but 1 is the lowest it goes.
While their sales department doesn't seem half bad, I have not bought anything there. This review from me is strictly for their service department.
In a nutshell I took my car in for 3 free recalls. They promised me they would not drive my car as I had just installed STi gears, ACT flywheel, and Exedy clutch, and they were not broken in yet (and I had heard of horror stories of this stealership abusing customers cars that were in the shop). Next thing I know they were hauling butt in my car up the sidestreet and onto the main street. When they got back, they offered no apology and denied ever saying that they would not take my car out.
