Pros:

Horrible service dept.
Dealership - The salespeople are big kissasses, but seem to know their stuff and dont try to fill you with a bunch of BS. They were willing to help me attempt to diagnose a problm by going for a test drive when no one for the service department could help me.
Service Dept. - The main saleman at the service department (Darwin) is incompetent and does not know the parts very well. I tried getting a turbo to downpipe gasket, and I finally had to point out which one I needed on the screen, the one he then refered to as "the funny looking one." That was after he gave me the manifold gasket instead. The head of the repair center (and many of the mechanics) are rude and have a bad attitude problem. I would suggest taking your car to Santa Cruz Subaru for repairs
I gave it a 4 because the sales department its good, but the service department is one of the worst I've ever seen
