The services department
I got a 02 WRX used form these guys. I went home feeling like I got used. Then to top it off I needed some work to be done and the whole Services department was on strike and no one would look at my car. Not too happy about that. When they are like one of only 3 Subaru Dealerships in a 300 mile range they can exploit Impreza fans if they want.
