Ok so i own an 07 Impreza 2.5i (non turbo) Wagon. I have no clue what my offset or bolt pattern is.

One of my best friends offered to sell me his wheels (made by BBS) off his 01 Jetta 1.8t Wolfsburg Edition for $300 and if I buy them, I have to take them to be smoothed and powder coated (he was run into a guard rail on the highway) which will cost me another $100-200. After I buy tires, I'll be up around $800-900 totally spent on these wheels to get them on my car.

What I really want are the STi wheels made by BBS. Most of the classifieds have been about $700-900 for a set of those rims including tires. Now it will be a while until I replace my tires (just got my car last March but I haven't driven it much since August when I went off to school and had to leave it ) but I want to think ahead.

If any of you guys know what my offset is, or what years of the STi wheels will fit without any modification to the car, I would really appreciate the knowledge. All I have read is that there seem to be 2 bolt patterns for the STi wheels, 5x100 and 5x114.3, and I don't know which one will fit on my 2.5i or what years are able to fit. I'd really appreciate any and all help.

Your car should be 5x100 if its like the wrx's its a +f8 offset. Call your local subaru dealer they should be able to tell you. 04 sti's were 5x100 after 04 they went to 5x114.3
