Thumbs up

got the rota+falken combo from subydude....(i still own them some pix )
just had them seen the thxgiving snow storm at heavenly,
very predictable handling.....on snow (~6,7 inch), snow+ice, water+ice.....u name it...

had a little fun on the icy sierra at tahoe parking lot while it was empty....what i can say.....i enjoyed that 5 mins more than the whole day boarding....

+1 subydue

Unless you live in a snow area or are planning extended trips into the realm of snow and ice you might consider getting performance all seasons as your "winter" set since they will perform better on the way up there and be reasonable from most of what you run into. Also you can drive on them for commuting and save your summer tires for when you want the performance. All seasons tend to last longer so this can be economical.

Tirerack has a good database for research btw.

i just mounted the PZero from the linky above. No snow yet, but will be within the next week or two. But so far compared the Dunlop 5000 Asym, they are much better.

Road noise= much less, wet grip= better, dry= much better, side wall stiffness= better

heres the thing i dont have my stockers so ide also throw these rims/tires on if i was going to do some "dirt road" driving, would Snow tires be ok for a dirt road? or would it complety f*ck em up? in that case it might be better to get a all season m&s.
