Noob tire question for those of you running on Swift springs..

My wheel size is 17x7. Would I be able to run 225/45/17 tires without any rubbing?

225/45-17 will work fine on 17x7 ET48 wheels for your 2.5RS

Thanks for the input Luke. Anyone have an idea if this tire/wheel combo with cause any rubbing issues with Swifts/stock struts? It's a 1in drop in the front and .8in drop in the rear.

I've got 225's on 17x7 EDM wheels, +55 offset. Plenty of clearance inside and out.

i'm on swifts (forester though), and with 17x8 +48 running 235/50/17's, they were rubbing in the back.

5mm spacers all around fixed that, and made them sit more inline w/ the body.
