35mm offset vs 48mm offset same width wheel? I'VE SEARCHED
5-Zigen FN01-RC 17x8 +35mm offset which from my research puts the tire closer to the outside of the fender.
Rota Torque 17x8 +48mm offset.
From the offset info thread, for a 8in wide wheel the offset should generally be around +43 to +47. Most of the ~8in wide wheels I have seen are closer to +48.
My question is will the +35mm offset of the 5-Zigen wheels play havoc with the wheel bearings/be too close to the fender? Any help is greatly appreciated.

def an aggressive fitment - and def fender rolling out back
as for wheels bearings, its hard to say....we have lots of customers who had to replace bearings with stock wheels - I think it is more a maintenenace issue than anything else. Obviously the farther out you hang the wheel on the axle, the more you run the risk of wearing them prematurely
