18x9.5 fitment

So I bought a set of wheels with the idea of putting some more meat on the car,but didint really do my homework on the the possible fittment issues. So What i have is a 2005 STI sitting on superstreet coilovers, not sure of the spring rate. The wheels are rays 2pc g games in 18x9.5 with 38 offset.

I would like to run a set of 255/35's if they wont be stretched or maybe 265's.
If I have to pull or roll thats not a big issue, spacers needed? Is this going to be a pain in the *** or what? I am trying to complimnet my new stage 2 short block and gtx3071 turbo build with some added grip on all four corners.

Any input/advice would be great,or if there is a reputible shop that can do all that is needed to fit them that would be a option also.Or if there is a better set up that compliments my motor build a little better I am all ears. Thanks

I guess I should add that this is going to be a aggressive street car that may see a auto x,track day,or strip day a time or two. But mainly non daily driven street car. Thanks
