Just email them or call them they have all the parts you need to make it work. That is where I got my STI cluster. You can either buy the clear plastic cover from them or drill in the extra hole in you exisiting plastic cover.

you wouldn't happen to have the part # for the clear cover would you? i need a replacement. thanks
they said on there web site that they only had the cluster they didnt have the
STI glass assembly, Shift light adjuster and STI silver dash trim.
Is it easy to install like plug and play I know there are some parts that wont work like the outside temp but i just like it for the center tach and the red lights.

It is pretty much plug and play. You have to cut two wires on the center connector otherwise you will continously blow out the radio and clock. Ask them for a pic of the wires to cut, I forgot the pin numbers.
So they told you they don't have the rest of the stuff. When I ordered mine they had all the neccessary hardware. Perhaps they still might be able to get it for you.
would it be the same for a JDM cluster? it seemed fine when i tested mine, although it was less than minute and i know longer use the clock. who would i ask, ravspec? anyone know where i can get a wire diagram for a JDM cluster, a few things are diff from a USDM version.
I called ravspec yesterday and they said they have all the pieces for it but they sell it indvidualy, for the whole sti cluster its $575 and they will included the instruction on how to install it. I didnt know that when you put the sit clutser in you mileage starts back at zero and does not contiune from where your mileage is on your stock cluster.

You are supposed to actaully go get the milage changed to reflect what the current mileage is, there are shops that do it. I leave that decision up to you. Enjoy the cluster.

Do you know any shops or recommend any that can do this. How much do they charge

I don't know of any shops that do it, I just heard that there are shops that do it. I would think one would have to get it done at the dealer, but ask around I'm sure some ppl on this board must know, or you could just leave the cluster the way it is.
