BEFORE posting a review or replying, there are several rules that must be followed:

If starting a positive review, all you need to make sure to do is give good clear information so that it is as useful and informative as possible

If starting a negative review, you MUST follow these rules:
  • If the review is about a business, you must first try to resolve the problem directly with the business
  • If it is a problem with a product, make sure it is installed properly and not simply a defective unit.
  • First hand experience only. We do not allow "my friend" stories, only those directly from the person involved.
  • If the business is an i-Club vendor, you may contact the site staff to assist in resolution as an extra step before posting. This is a very effective method of resolving disputes

If replying to a review, please follow the following rules:
  • First hand knowledge only. If it didn't happen to you, do not post it as there is a good chance it is not accurate.
  • Stay on topic. Each thread is about the poster and their review
  • Constructive comments only. As with the rest of the site, no bashing, flaming, etc.
