P1446 and smog

Hello, I'm somewhat new to iclub. I'm 18 and hustled a way to my subie. I have a 2002 Wrx with a 05 sti motor and I have a p1446 trouble code that I'm trying to get rid of to pass smog... I have heard all types of ways about it but I just end up lost. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Ok well I dont know how to better help you. This is the best description as to how to get rid of the problem. If you are not capable of understanding this print it out, take it to a mechanic and have them do it.
