mpj, I have heard stories about how the Borla Hush has to be modified to fit the Helix DP, but i was wondering if the Helix is the only DP that the Borla needs to be modified? I have the ERZ DP from eBay and wanted to know how the Borla would match up with it.

w0rx4me- Yes, the Borla Hush needs a 3" flat-flange adapter (like the one we package the Borla Hush with) in order to mate properly w/ an aftermarket downpipe that has a 3" flat-flange. I'm not too familiar w/ the ERZ DP you have, but most likely it will require the 3" flat-flange adapter. If you want the Borla Hush, there's two ways to go about it:
-get the Borla Hush w/o the 3" adapter for $500 and then take it to a muffler shop to get modified so it will mate properly, or
-get the Borla Hush w/ the 3" flat-flange adapter package for $535 which comes w/ both the stock piece of the Borla designed to mate to a donut type gasket and the adapter piece for 3" flat flanges.
