These are black, US Spec HKS Type 1 Turbo timers with HKS plug in harnesses for all 2002-2005 WRX/STi's.
Features of the Type 1:
The HKS Turbo Timer Type-1 is a turbo timer that comes with a full measurement function. It is a requirement when it comes to cars equipped with turbo, it will prevent the bearing and shafts from burning after a run. The turbo timer allows you to adjust the after idle interval before the engine shuts off.
Silver version is metric, black version is in Imperial (US) measurement.
The Type 1 turbo timer from HKS is a full-featured unit including:

- a large dual color LCD panel (red/blue)
