scammer alert!! tommy2hotty

I sent this guy $275 for a gruppe-s header. He actually asked for local pickup and had pics, so I'm hoping there is just some sort of problem with his email or something. Anyway, the check cleared over a week ago. He emailed me back saying he would be sending the part out no later than this past Saurday. I haven't heard from him yet. Here is his info.

Thomas Stojanowski
25164 Manzanita Lane
Descanso CA 91916

I'm hoping there is a good explanation at this point...I always hate to think the worst of people. Maybe if anyone knows him they can see what the deal is.

Thanks

Derck

Talking fixed this prob

This has been resolved.

Unfortunately he is a student and was busy with school. However, he never notified me he would be busy. I was emailing back and forth on almost a daily basis with him...then the check cleared. After that I only heard from him once a week. He never told me when it had been shipped, or how.

Basically it just comes down to nievity on his part I think. He knew he wasn't ripping me, but didn't make that very clear to me. I was hoping and was pretty sure he wasn't ripping me off, but after he had my money, I'd ask about the part and not get a response. Kinda bad when you're selling stuff over the internet to someone you don't know.

Thanks

Derck

They're only $400 new from Gruppe-S. Not too bad, but since I still don't have them yet, they might be a "steal".
