I apologize for not getting back to you sooner... my time has been spread very thin lately between getting married, traveling (for business and pleasure), Subiefest, tuning, and trying to keep up with e-mail and voicemail. I know its not necessarily a good excuse, but it is what it is. The wedding specifically and the tuning trips around it really set me back. My voicemail box is currently nearly full and I'm several weeks behind on e-mail. I sincerely apologize to all of you who have been waiting for a response and I'm making a lot of effort to catch up and take care of everyone.
I'm currently at Subiefest but I scheduled most of this week off so that I can finally sit down and catch up. I appreciate everyone's patience through this unusually hectic time.
To Matt specifically, I'm very sorry for the delays. I didn't mean to ignore you at all. I'm usually good about getting my base maps out quickly but you caught me at one of the worst times. I know it can feel crappy to pay for something and then be held in limbo. If you would like a refund, I completely understand and would be happy to refund your payment. Otherwise, I'll make your case a priority and get your map out when I get back from Subiefest on Monday. Let me know what you'd like to do... no hard feelings either way.
Thanks

I still very much want the tune and am happy to wait until your return from subyfest.
I would reccomend at least posting somthing on your thread or send out a mass message when you are swamped to let folks know you are aware they are trying to get a hold of you.
This way you don;t have any confused folks.
I think it's time for you to get a personal assistant also to take care of phone calls

Hey Ed,
Do you have anytime to tune my 06 WRX? Stg 2 nothing special, Access port, down pipe, Tanabe touring medallion. I live in Vacaville and I am moving to Vegas at the end of the month.
Thanks Dennis

Hey Ed,
I've been trying to reach you via email and phone, but you haven't returned either. This seems to be a better way to get in touch with you.
I'd to get a road tune ASAP. I'll send you a PM with my contact information.

I've been e-mailing trying to schedule a time to finish up my tune since July!
He's a good guy you just have to keep trying and he'll come through for you, guaranteed.

If Ed doesn't reply soon, I may have to get a dyno tune; which would be unfortunate because of the benefits of a road tune (Ed's tunes in particular).

LOL I would gladly get in line if I knew where to find it. I'm not sure how long I can wait for him to reply. Driving around without proper tune is never a good idea...

I got tuned for pump and that one is all done and good but I want to go back and finish up my high octane tune. Clutch wasn't liking it the first go around...
Race you to Ed!
Ready....
Set...
