Motivational Army Speech
Here's a great speech from LTC. Randolph C. White Jr. given to graduating ITB men.

Congratulations!
I have the utmost respect for sappers. Infantrymen with marketable skills.
Dude, I'm an major of Infantry. When I was a rifle company commander, I always had combat engineers attached to me, so I know what y'all do pretty well. Worked with some tremendous sappers.
I'm out of the loop right now (meaning I'm not serving in a line unit) since the Army sent me back to college, but I'd be more than happy to talk to you about any questions you might have. I've obviously never been to sapper school, but I can relay what I've heard from fellow Rangers who have gone to sapper school, too. It's a bear but it's very do-able since they now allow women to go to it.

It's the same reason my opinion is that Ranger School will never be opened to female servicemembers.
