Dif. Locks info. (needed)

Have any of you tried these:

According to PDM they:

This kit is designed to lock the front of the rear differential support outriggers where they mount to the body. It will help to reduce rear end float particulary under hard acceleration. It will also remove drive train "thump" on hard gear changes while delivering more precise handling and chassis response for big power engines and competition work including drag, solo and track cars.

I would love to get rif of the "thump" under hard shifting, have any of you tried this product? What do you think about it?

Great! As if this board isn't dead enough in the busy section, my post gets stuck in an area that is more dead than Stalin.

Get 'em....install 'em...love 'em....

Do the subframe lockbolts at the same time....

...but if you are 'thumping' when you 'shift hard' you may be buying a new tranny, too....

These are a great, cheap mod. They take some of the driveline thump and slop out of the Impreza. I had them on my 02 WRX wagon and they were one of the first mods to my STi.

Super easy install too.
