Did Perrins with KYB AGX. Going strong without issues. Stock struts already had 38K+ miles.

i love the drop of the perrin but i want a good ride quality and i dont have the money to buy struts right now. I have 40k on my stock ones. Iam thinkin about eibachs to have a good ride and get rid of body roll. Iam just wondering if perrins will kill my stock struts for being so low. The perrin sight says they wont hurt your stock struts but any drop is gonna hurt them some what. Eibachs or perrin????????????? With stock struts

notyet227 - I have had a ton of customers get the Perrin Springs because they are a lot more aggressive then the Eibach's and have not had any problems with the stock set up.

Let me know if you would like to get either because I can get either one you decide to go with. I hope this helps!

If you are interested please PM or email me!

Thanks,
Brian

i had them on my stock struts for like 5k miles. The ride quality was close to stock but a little bouncy. Performance gains on these springs weren't alot. I thought they were more of a lowering spring then performance. I guess all springs are that way..... I ditched the springs for a nice set of coilovers.

If you are only looking for a 'drop' shouldn't be much of a problem...

IT SOUNDS TO ME THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY MADE YOUR DECISION, SO JUST GET THE PERRIN SPRINGS AND MAKE YOURSELF HAPPY. THEY ARE GREAT SPRINGS AND DAMAGE TO STOCK STRUTS WILL NOT COME INTO ACCOUNT.

iam looking for a good ride quality somethin not to harsh and performance. Atleast try to get rid of some body roll. I also have stock rims right now. I just dont want my struts to go out cause i cant afford anything else at the moment. I havent really made up my mind yet but the perrins make the car look good. Eibach is a good drop too.

my stock struts went out at around 40k miles. that was with the perrin springs on for about 5 or 6k miles. however my struts have gone through way more abuse than most other peoples out there. it wasn't that big of a shock to me that they went out so soon

I am going with the perrin's on stock struts but i only have about 7k on em. I am hoping that the stockers will last at least till 30k and then i'll either save up for coilovers or just get Koni's, or kyb. Does this sound realistic as far as miles on the stock struts?
