Help with cross-threaded downpipe-turbo stud

Hey guys I need some help.

I put my stock downpipe back on for smog time. When removing my aftermarket downpipe, the bottom stud connecting DP to turbo became cross-threaded and messed up the threads inside the turbo. The other 4/5 bolts are fine and secure on the turbo. I have a brand new OEM stud to replace the bad one, but I don't want to screw up the turbo threads even more. I also have a grimmspeed double thick gasket on there to help seal.

Am I fine driving the car with 4/5 bolts on there? And what are my options for the messed up threads on the turbo? I have driven the car around town very gently, but I have a 150 mile trip coming up and need help asap.

Thanks!!
