RS2.5 or WRX? I've seen posts from members who paid less than $24k for a new WRX, although on some occasions it was after the next model year had appeared.

i bought mine at Dulles Subaru in VA.

the car had only 6. miles on it and the factory paint protector stickers were still on it.

2004 WRX Java black pearl
options installed:

-rear spoiler
-all weather floormats
-autodimming mirrors w/ compass
sticker price was around $27k

i basically called up several dealerships and told them i was gonna buy one in 2 days so whoever gave me the best price will get my buisness. i asked the salesman at this dealership if he could beat any price i could find, he said yes. so i called around some more and got a quote and he gave me the out the door price of $22,900 (tax title misc dealer charges already included)

thats an okay deal, you can probably knock off a couple of hundred more if you haggle enough.. good luck!

Also, Wagon or Sedan. My local dealer offered me a stripped WRX Wagon for $20900. Not sure what the lowest price for sedan's are though. Also your area might have something to do with how much you pay.

also, just a tip: dont get scammed by dealers who will negotiate a price then add like a $500+ dealer/misc fees. if they do that just walk away and they will waive all the fees.
