I just test drove a 95 Subaru Impreza AWD and everything is fine except:
-Clutch is sitting way too high. I almost have to lift off completely before I can engage. (Do I need to replace the clutch soon?)
-Engine at high RPM (>5000) makes a lot of noise (Is that normal?)
-takes some effort to shift, couldn't get from 2nd to 3rd at times. (would a short shifter solve the problem?)
Does this sound like problematic?
The car has 165k miles btw. Comments are appreciated.
Things like drive shaft, wheel bearing and all that have been replaced recently.
