hello subie nation. i read alot of stories with unhappy endings about our clutches. so how long did your stock and or after market clutch last?? i have a 02 WRX wagon with just a little over 45,000 miles on her. i purchased her used in 02 with a little over 27,000. i have launched her HARD about dozen times 10X at the track where it counts. thanks in advance for any input. peace
hello, wow that's alot of abuse. i guess you lose count if you do it all the time. so what your telling me is we all have a pretty tuff clutch and a weak gearbox. that cool.. how often do you change your gearbox fluid? what do you use? thank in advance.
60k miles and counting on stock clutch here, thats with prolly over a dozen launches and driving hard almost daily, never slipped once.. doing the 60k mainenance this weekend
wow, even with the turbo upgrade the stockers still good? thats good news. i don't think i'll every install a larger turbo, but if i do it's nice to know the stock clutch can take it (within reason). cool. thanks..
